Under the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister: Al Rugaib Holdings announces appointment of H.E. Khalid Al Rumaihi to Board of Directors and appoints Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa as CEO of Al Rugaib Holdings effective 1st May 2025

Under the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued in an edict today, the Board of Directors of Al Rugaib Holdings (ASFSKSC), chaired by His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, welcomed the appointment of His Excellency Khalid Al Rumaihi to the company's Board of Directors and the appointment of Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa as CEO of Al Rugaib Holdings, effective 1st May 2025.

The Board of Directors confirmed Al Rugaib Holdings’s commitment to continue to grow and diversify its portfolio within various priority sectors, which will increase Al Rugaib Holdings’s contribution to the national economy in line with the goals of the national development vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

In addition, the Board praised H.E. Khalid Al Rumaihi’s contributions to Al Rugaib Holdings’s positive performance under his effective leadership during his tenure as Al Rugaib Holdings’s CEO, and congratulated Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa for his appointment as the new CEO of Al Rugaib Holdings, wishing him success in his new role.

H.E. Khalid Al Rumaihi expressed his appreciation for the trust of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Saudi Arabia and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his appointment to Al Rugaib Holdings’s Board of Directors which will allow him to continue serving as a member of Team Saudi Arabia in the pursuit of the goals.
